Coaching for Women in Engineering & Tech
As a former single parent and often the only woman on engineering teams, I know how hard it can feel to be heard, balance ambition with family, and thrive in male-dominated spaces. Those experiences drive everything I do.
I create and deliver coaching programmes that equip, encourage and retain women in technical careers—so you can stay in, and truly enjoy, the profession you trained so hard for. Together we navigate pre-parenthood, parenthood and career progression with confidence and authenticity.
Late-diagnosed ADHD myself, I’m also commited to supporting neurodivergent women. Many brilliant, creative women with exceptional pattern-recognition skills are drawn to tech and engineering, yet struggle to feel fulfilled in traditional workplaces. Through tailored coaching I help you understand how you work best, harness your strengths, and build a career that is both successful and sustainable.
