The Diagnose Pathway is designed for those organisations who have already invested in automation (machinery and/or software) to resolve production and logistics issues. However, your investment has never delivered to expected results or your organisation has outgrown the solution and you need to understand what to do next.
Typically, the issues present as throughput bottlenecks, failure to ship on time, chaotic product flow, escalating costs, high staff turnover and everyone is operating in silos.
You do not know whether the problem sits with your people, process, software, machinery or all of these areas and you are keen to deliver excellence.
If you are in this position, you may be considering introducing barcoding or automation, robotics, employing more people, a software solution, modifying production machinery or investing in a large capital purchase.
